I got console Banned once I spoofed from Rebug 4.65.2 REX to 4.70 than I tried to sign in it said that vim banned, I asked my other friends that tried it on Rogero and Rebug D-Rex they got Console Banned too.

I Recommend u to use PSNINJA/PSNPATCH and change ur Console ID to anything from CCAPI and than spoof!!!
