This tutorial is somewhat time-wasting (no offense)
1st off, you don't have to switch from rebug to normal mode, nor do you have to switch the debug menu to CEX QA. Also some people would rather have different settings while using the spoofer.
This is what I did
1. SETTINGS BEFORE I START THE PROCESS;
System Mode: REBUG
XMB Operation Mode: Debug
Debug menu Type : DEX
Toggle COBRA Mode: Disabled
PS2 Emulator: COBRA
Toggle webMAN: Disabled
2. Download and Install SEN Enabler (the latest)
3. Open SEN Enabler, Press Square to go to SEN/PSN Options
4. Hit Triangle to use the Custom Spoof (I was told you can also just hit Square instead to Enable SEN Access; but this is what I did)
5. Let everything proceed, don't fear if your screen is stuck, just let it do it's magic
6. When it's done it will give you the option to do a restart, proceed to restart your PS3
7. When your PS3 is back on go to system settings > system information > you will see your PS3 is now spoofed to 4.70
----
NOW , to get online
1. You must go to rebug toolbox
2. go to the utilities section
3. go all the way down or go up until you see the option "Change Active PS3ID"
4. Click X and go to "Use EID5: 84 (CEX)"
5. It will tell you to please wait and shortly you will get a message saying "Successfully applied X changes to LV2 memory"
6. Click okay and now exit rebug toolbox, you should be able to sign in now
