Instructions:
Disable any spoofer you have. If you use the vsh patcher then it's fine no need to reinstall firmware.
Install package file. Launch the SEN Enabler package and press square for SEN/PSN Options.
Press square on Enable SEN Access and reboot.
Done!

Notes:
When enabling SEN Access, it will take a few minutes so if you think it's frozen it's not
Reported working and not working on 4.66 Habib. Working fine on my Rebug 4.65 D-REX.
Not a new version, just bringing it to people's attention about a fix right now. @KHATPHAT

Edit: people are reporting possible ban risk. I suggest to read through comments before deciding to use it
Confirmed Working on: REbug 4.65.2 DREX, 4.66 Habib 1.01, and Habib 4.66 (Normal I presume)


Recommendation: If you are already on DEX just go to PS3ita so then you don't have that chance of instaban that this method may give some of you.

I Tested 3 Cfw trying to get online.here is my result

Ps3ita 4.50 dex & 4.65 Dex = PSN ACCESS (Yes)
Rebug 4.65 dex/cex = PSN ACCESS (No)
Rogero/Habib = PSN ACCESS (No)

So The only cfw at the moment that have psn acceess is ita.im not tlking about this hotfix or whatever u posted its an old version.im just saying only ita cfw can get online at the moment but who knows for how long.im just letting people know this before they use this same verdion that has been posted before and people are now getting banned or getting "system update" error.
Just dont say is a new hotfix because some people mite think it is and they mite get instant cid banned

Hello guys!, This doesn't work on habib 4.66 it will give you an error and say your account has been banned or suspended! i tried on my OFW Ps3 if my account was banned and it wasn't! (NOT WORKING HABIB 4.66) Thanks!
