I was on CEX but i think you can do way more on a DEX so personally i don't think i'll ever go back to a CEX unless i really have to!

From a long time CEX user, I recently switched to DEX like three days ago. And I see a big change in stability with RTM menus, within my few days of DEX, I prefer DEX. I was DEX once before, CAPPI was a thing. But I didnt understand how to work with DEX, so I switched back to CEX.
In the end, DEX is better.

I personally use CEX at the moment, however, as soon as I can find another PS3 that fits my liking, I will be setting it up for DEX. Reason?...Simple. CEX cannot run .sprx menus and DEX can. so if you like me want to use host mods for mw3, you need DEX in order to run .sprx

I prefer CEX it's simple and covers the things I use it for.
To convert to dex is a simple no brainer since Rebug 4.65.2.
And I noticed webman has Tmapi for CEX (Never tried it)
