Just dragging and dropping tbh you need rebug toolbox and Filezilla.
Go into rebug toolbox and leave it on
Go into Filezilla and put your PS3 IP in and quickconnect you can find it in network settings i think
Go to the folder under HDD0 should be named rebug something.
Then VSH > Resources and scroll till you find Coldboot and just drag and drop saying "YES" to the overwrite
Now restart the system through rebug or manually.
Sorry for the shitty tut lol
