To fix this there are many possible ways and im going to give a in depth tutorial to the noobs!
So to sign in every time without and troubles you will need to enable webMAN and enable COBRA on REBUG TOOLBOX.
To install REBUG TOOLBOX on DEX 4.65.2 this is what you need to do -
Go to "Package Manager" > "Install Package Files" > "PS3 System Storage".
You should find the REBUG TOOLBOX pkg. Install that.
Click on REBUG TOOLBOX after installation.
Scroll over to "Selector"
Scroll down and enable "COBRA". Your PS3 should REBOOT after the REBOOT enter REBUG TOOLBOX again.
Go back to Selector and scroll down and enable "webMAN".
Once you have done that Your PS3 will reboot.
Now you need to find out your IPDS and CID to do this you must install You must login or register to view this content.
Once you have installed IRISMAN you must enter it and follow the steps until you reach the homepage of IRISMAN.
When you are on IRISMAN click START on your controller and click on "Tools".
Once you are on Tools scroll down to "Spoof Console ID".
When you are at this point you can click "Restore default PSID and Console ID" and go straight online however you must do this every time you boot up your PS3.
Carrying on Once you have clicked "Spoof Console ID" copy your PSID and Console ID from the bottom of the page.
Once copied quit IRISMAN and open webMAN which is located under Package Manager.
Click and open webMAN then click on "webMAN Setup" and then it should open up a web browser.
Scroll down the web browser until you find "Change IDPS and PSID in LV2 memory at system start up"
Then check the "IPDS" box and "PSID" box then write the IPDS that you copied into the IPDS box and the Console ID you copied into the PSID box.
After that scroll down to the bottom and click save.
THEN YOUR DONE! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM LEAVE A COMMENT IF YOU GET STUCK OR IF YOU NEED HELP.
