saw a Post from a Update Server here and now i want to share to you how to Setup your own.

How to Setup a PS3 Update Server:

This is the Console Type. You dont need to change it.

    

Dest=82;

What is the Console Type?

Its just the Destination Code of your Console. Smile

You can find it in your ********* it the 5th Byte(11-12th Position)

This is not important.

    

ImageVersion=FFFFFFFF;

This is the Version of your Update you want to Put on the Server.

    

SystemVersion=3.5500

This is the Timeout of try to load the .PUP when your Connention/Server is not so Fast you can change it.

    

CDN_Timeout=30;

This is the Link of your .PUP

    

CDN=https://www.germanmoddingteam.net/PS3/UPDATE/DOWNGRADER/3.55/Downgrader.PUP;

    



IMPORTANT: You cant use a Windows Based Server for this. 

You need a direkt download when you go on the Link.

And this is how the Code look.
You can now Redo it to every Update you want to add. Smile

Now just make a .txt or html but it on your Server then just:

    



1.Go to "★ Debug Settings"

2.then to "Update Server URL"

3.Type in "www.YourServer.com/Your.txt"

4.go to "System Update"

5.Select the FW you want

Change your PUP perms to execute (owner ,group, user)

i all ready had the PS3 Folder and all its subdirectories + files set to 755, so it already has the execute..

but ps3 still give connection issues and connections issues when trying to use Sony's Official update link as well to test if it would connect which it doesnt...

i'm on Rebug 4.70.1 Drex.. with proper 4.75 spoofer.. <-- doubt this would impact connection..

ye i have Skype the button in my sig..

but for that, will be on later sometime this week.. as i still studying for a few tests..
