Things you need
-A CFW PS3
-A FTP or file manager
-Notepad++
Step 1
1.go to notepad++
2.go 13/14 spaces down like this for it to be under your name.You must login or register to view this content.
(make sure the file size is under 63 like this You must login or register to view this content.
3.then save it as mecomment.dat
4.then open a ftp server or multiman
5.go to dev_hddo
6.then go to home
7.select the users you want to have the comment on
8.the click on them and go to the friend.im folder
9.then drag or paste the mecomment.dat into it and you are good
10. If you guys want moving icons like the batter sign and more you can pate them next to your name make sure its under 63 again
