heres how can you steal your idps.bin from your 4.75 OFW PS3 system
1-connect a USB to your PS3 and make sure that USB is FAT32
2-go to any PS3 game save and copy it to USB
3-connect your USB to your PC
4-install HxD if not already installed from, Here:
You must login or register to view this content.
5-go to your game save and go to Param.SFO
and open it with HxD
6-Ok now under title title there is a number
you have to copy it, open new file inside HxD and paste the number you copied and press ok
7-save as "idps.bin"
Done!

That's for your PSID not IDPS. Also .BIN is a file type you can't steal it from a Param.sfo , closed.
