Turn off your spoofer (De-activate)
Go to You must login or register to view this content. and download the latest rebug which is 4.75.1 (Rex) - When you've downloaded it open up the file and copy the link inside the pad and type it in on your browser, then download the .pup file.
Once you've downloaded it, put it on a usb the same as before (PS3, UPDATE, PS3UPDAT.PUP) and put your console into recovery mode, plug your usb in your ps3 and update via storage.
Once its updated and you're on the latest Rebug download the spoofer, install it and there you go. Any trouble let me know

A lot of people don't want to go to 4.75 Rebug because not a lot of modding tools are compatible with newly created CFW such as CCAPI, which is why I stick to 4.70 Rebug DEX as a lot of modding tools are compatible with it. Modding tools will eventually be compatible with 4.75 Rebug though but it will take some time. Another reason why others won't install 4.75 Rebug is because they want to be on the most stable CFW, which is probably 4.46 Rebug because I always hear that it's so special.
