(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When I put in a disc into my PS3 jailbroken it says 1.24 update is available should I update or not

I am guessing this is for MW3 as that is the latest. Yes, you should if you want to play online.

I think it is a game since the latest is 4.76 and the latest MW3 Update is 1.24.
