In order to downgrade your PS3 and jailbreak it, you need to use an E3 Flasher. Keep in mind that some PS3 models cannot be downgraded. You can refer to this site to see whether or not your PS3 can be downgraded. The firmware that it needs to go to is 3.55. So if it says 3.56+ on the Min. Downgrade, you can't jailbreak it. As for hijacking OG PSN accounts, you can't do this, even with a jailbreak. The most you can do is use an RTM Tool in games such as COD to change your name to something OG and you might get some attention for that but you won't have that actual account.
