I'm pretty sure alot of people have done this tutorial, but i'm just going to do it more clearer for everyone else.
Okay, so first off, if you dont have the Moving Comment Code, i'll put a link here so you can get it. Okay, so lets get started.
*MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COMMENT ALREADY ON YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOUR DO THIS*
1.) Make sure you have Filezilla or any other FTP you can use.
2.) Open Filezilla, and connect to your PS3 IP.
3.) Click on "dev_hdd0" then, click on "home"
4.) Choose your account that you want the modded comment to stick on.
5.) Find "friendim" click on it and right click on "mecomment" and click on "view/edit".
6.) By now, you should see a notepad pop up with your comment. Type in whatever you like.
7.) Press Shift + Enter to go down a paragraph. I recommend the first line and the second.
8.) Once your done, go to the left top of your Notepad press File, and then hit SAVE. Close out of it and click yes, overwrite the comment.
9.) Just wait until it transfers and your set to go! Just close Filezilla and sign back in.
*Notice* Make sure you don't type that much because if you pass 63 Bytes it won't stick. So if it doesn't stick redo everything and put in less words.

When your trying to get a moving comment just copy the CODE, like literally.. just copy the SYMBOLS only, which are three symbols together. Then paste it on your mecomment notepad.
