Post: Turn PS3 on through TMAPI

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So many of us have probably been wondering why we can't turn our PS3's on with the Power On function.

You can do it two ways.

Method 1 is if you have the debug settings, you want to go into debug settings and fine "Wake on LAN" and turn it on.
Method 2 is the lazy fucker method, you want to connect your console to Target Manager then goto Properties-> XMB Settings (enable override XML settings) then press Refresh from Target and set "Wake on LAN" to ON and press Apply.

You can now power off your console and press "Switch Power On" Smile
(I'm not sure if this works if you do the TMAPI wireless trick)

It's useful for debugging especially if your ps button broke and you have to move to turn your PS3 on
