I will first start off by saying that I am aware that there are many posts elsewhere about this exact topic. Sadly, from my research, most links are outdated versions, broken links, and are not as thorough as this compilation.
This is the main reason for this updated, and larger collection of Streaming and Multimedia apps that have been patched to bypass PSN Login. I have spent the past few months manually collecting PKG links, disassembling in IDA, decrypting SDAT files, patching ELF files, over-using the hex editor, creating packages, patches, and just overall general mayhem

I have tested all packages on Rebug 4.81.2. The NoPSN packages have the PARAM.SFO patched to work with any FW version down to 1.00.
Either you are not installing the correct NoPSN packages, or as stated above by @NotYourDope, your firmware should be updated to a current CFW.
Be sure you are installing the NoPSN packages. There are no other special steps.

I just tested PopcornFlix and it works fine. I am using the NoPSN/NoAds/NoLogging version here You must login or register to view this content. and am running Rebug 4.81.2 DEX.
The Animax app is documented having a black screen issue in OP. I have not looked further into it yet.
I have recently (less than 2 days ago) updated several apps, Foxtel Play and ABC iView being 2 of them.

The Animax app is documented having a black screen issue in OP. I have not looked further into it yet.

I have recently (less than 2 days ago) updated several apps, Foxtel Play and ABC iView being 2 of them.

Hi thanks for the reply.
I should've given more information. I have already grabbed the new ones and they are having the problems, well on my system they are.
They were a fresh install so no cache was on the system anywhere but still no go.

I have personally tried Foxtel Play and ABC iView, both load fine. I couldnt stream videos on ABC iView for some reason, but the app loads up normally. I couldn't stream from Foxtel because I live in the USA, but the app loads normal. SBS OnDemand I thought was an End Of Life app, but if it works while signed into PSN, then I will take another look at it.
Beyond that and the most recent links, I do not know why it won't work. i am using Rebug 4.81.2 DEX.

Hello, Im reporting an issue with "No-PSN Youtube app" version 3.01 for playstation 3. Yeh its not working at all, when I 'click' on it, the youtube load screen comes up and remains on the initial load screen endlessly (I left it there for 30 minutes no change, whereas before it would go straight in). The circular load thingy at the bottom continues to cycle endlessly. I have tried all 3 country variants, same result. Tried the original version, and surely enough that didn't work either. Ive tried every which way to Sunday and continue to get the same results unfortunately. (Oddly, when you install this version of the app, you have to reboot the console to see the app appear in your XMB menu.) Tried installing the old version again, version v 1.11 and it almost works but it forces you to download the 3.01 original PSN version and that again puts you in a bind. App updates are supposed to make an app better, and include improvements and bug fixes. This update actually just adds bugs. Dont understand why something that wasnt broken was made broken and if Im being honest Im a little disappointed about it. Just want to use youtube on my playstation again like I was before. I cant give you my consoles serial number right now but I can tell you that its the original 80GB i.e. 'fat' model with 2 USB ports at the front. While Im at it I can confirm that foxtel play and ABC iView don't get past the load screen either. And popcornflix loads but throws up error messages left right and centre, slow and buggy as hell. Does anyone actually test any of these apps before they are released? Lol. This is a great forum but it would be handy if the apps actually worked. Thank you.
