Depends you can pay for a jailbroke one -180$+
-risk banned console or pulled cid=faster banned console
Or you can buy downgrade dongle depending on nor or band and pay 45$+
Gotta do it yourself and possible bricking amount other things can go wrong during whole process n its ur fault but u will be able to do it anytime to any ps3 capable and u did it your self so pride
Or you can send it to some one to dowmgrade it for you 45$+ and shipping
Again risking getting your cid stolen but it's done by professional who's done it a million times

For your country I dont know but for my country in France generally I buy one Ofw from second-hand 50€ then I downgrade it for a maximum to 10/20€

Really...? I dont pay for jailbreaks. I already had a BlackCat USB laying around (back in the 3.4x days) and uploaded the payload to it then booted up with it. Eventually there was cracked f/w available. There are many guides , etc available. I might consider it if i had a console that was upgraded past 3.5 and i most certainly would not pay more than $20! Perhaps you are handy with a soldering iron?

As stated ReBug is the Best and most are rebased as they released sources awhile back. ReBug DOT Me . Just pay attention to the version you download. I have a CECHE (Phat original) and use the REX Edition on mine. Also Grab the ReBug ToolBox pkg. MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THE HASHES B4 FLASHING! Otherwise you will be sorry!

lol i got mine from along time ago and like 3 years later i finally decided to downgrade it with my e3 that i had gotten from ebay and it took me like 3 to 4 days to finally downgrade it and after a succesful downgrage i went through rogero then switched to rebug .. bit yeah as you can probobly tell i have a fat nor ps3.. LoL and i still use it to this day
