Why doesn't it work? the tool uses CCAPI 2.70 Rev 3 so you must have ccapi 270 rev 3 installed, also are you using BLES or BLUS version of the game?

Open the Uncharted 3 personal RTM tool.exe not the vshost.exe, also make sure you have the ccapi 2.70 rev 3 installed: You must login or register to view this content.
