The error is very common when you update your CFW

How to fix it : Go to Rebug toolbox --> Go to far right to Utilities --> Go down and click Change active PS3ID --> CHoose what ever your LV2 type is CEX:84 or DEX:82 (You can find your LV2 type in your System info in Rebug toolbox *

Another step: Change your CID it could be your CID it might be banned but it wont give your the Message for the ban (It did it for me) if you can't buy a CID just go to Console Crunch.com not org*

Simple tutorial, and gave 2 main/and only workarounds this error. If your ps3 still gives you an error after following the first step in the rebug toolbox, this will mean your ps3 cid may be banned, but make sure you are confident about it.

Restore cid with ccapi or alike and be done with it
or
go to rebug toolbox everytime u restart your ps3
