Infinite Items: Use Netcheat to turn on and off

Level 27/Max XP on gain: Use Netcheat to turn on and off (will make
enemies level 27/invincible if left on), add skill points then turn off
- skill points are infinite while on
- if you can't kill anyone for xp try reading a codex or book.
- this code is a bit funky and can seem like it wrecks the game, but it
straightens itself out, especially if you use a new EBOOT after saving
the results.

Inquisition XP: The XXXX is the number you want to multiply the xp by (000A=10x;0064=100x;03E8=1000x;2710=10000x)

F.Y.I = Worked on HEN, but Max or Insane Attributes not Worked. But at Level 8-10 you almost cant die (using Max or Insane Attributes Codes) still got normal damage and damage not multiplier (dont expect about one hit kill your enemy or something) only speed/dexterity attributes Worked since the beginning of activating the code. Other Codes Worked like magic, tough.
