BUT, there's another bug that you can't be banned on any game (Well, at least not on Destiny, BO3 and AW
)All that you need to do is:
1- Get your ORIGINAL CID (a.k.a Factory CID)
2- Look for any number like: 84, 85, 86, 87, 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E, 8F
3- Change to: 80 or 81 or A0
4- Profit!
Tip: Where can i find these numbers? here's an example of a CID : 00000001008400000000000000000000
do you see the numbers now? just change it and you're done.
I've made a recovery on my BO3 account, didn't get banned, played around 5 hours without ban, same on AW and Destiny (there aren't any mods for destiny lol, whatever)

UPDATE 14/11/2016:
Don't use 0x82, i got banned on BO3 so... use 0x80, 0x81 and 0xA0!

My accounts on BO3 are fine, including AW and Destiny too...
If you're on DEX, don't need to change the CID on Boot, just let it unchecked (if you're using webMAN to do this) or don't change on CCAPI... i'm doing this, no bans at all.

I'm not 100% sure BUT, when i generated a CID using 0x84, got banned on Black Ops 3, AW etc etc... (CID/Account BAN), so... i generated another CID with 0x80, used a RTM Tool for BO3 without any Anti-Ban Eboot, and it's working fine... same on AW and Destiny, still not banned... maybe is because that 0x80, 0x81 and 0xA0 are CID from Prototype Consoles? Who knows...
PS: 0x82 are from DEX/Debug Consoles, got banned on BO3, so, from now on, use 0x80, 0x81 or 0xA0.
