You're half right.
If you don't have CcApi installed then you cannot use CcApi to restart / shutdown your DEX console.
This does both Cex and Dex as stated in the title.

first of all who's these days doesn't install CCAPI it's really important
second CCAPI can Shutdown/Restart both CEX and DEX

I know a few people who choose not to install CcApi. This tool is mainly for them, I just posted my tool here in case it was useful for anyone else so seriously? Must we argue a point that I don't care about and wasn't relevant in the making of this tool?
Main reason for this was speed. It's 110ish lines of code so it loads super quick. It's just one click and your done. It connects and cycles the power all in one button instead of choosing your console, then clicking connect, then going to the right tab, then selecting reboot. If you've ever developed code then you know the premium that is time. This saves on that in every way.

Any more reasons why I shouldn't have this here?

Ive never used CCAPI, been TMAPI since Dex RTM modding first arrived years ago and was the best reliable way to mod.
But i havent modded in a while, so dont really know how far CCAPI has progressed now.
