Is your disc scratched? I know my BO2 wouldnt copy to HDD because it was scratched and i had to buy a new one. Idk about the loading screen though, could also be caused by the disc being damaged.

no damage maybe because i tried to torrent it than bought disk?

Make sure you have enough hdd space and also cobra must be on, and the disc must be clean no fingerprints no scratches etc. as for the black screen get an eboot with startup fix (most if not all eboots these have it)
