(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Suddenly my JB PS3 keeps getting a overheating notification and turning off around every 5-10 minutes when its not even that hot at XMB screen. I've been on a Jb PS3 for a bit and I have never seen this notification pop up until recently. Its the 4th time it shut itself off now and i don't know how to fix it. I recently changed the thermal paste a month or 2 back so its not a thermal paste issue. I can feel the power supply in the back since i took the top off of the PS3, and when i am gaming on it, it gets hotter than how it is now constantly shutting iit self off. Any suggestions?

Im not an expert ..but you may need new thermal paste. It's a big factor in heat.

honestly unless there is a problem I never mess with it.

You do have Control Fan/Webman Mod Fan Control setup on your PS3 right??
