Since you’re on CFW 4.85 CEX, here’s a basic roadmap to get you back up and running:
Check your CFW – make sure it’s properly installed and not corrupted. If needed, reflash your 4.85 CEX CFW using the latest PS3Xploit or Rebug tools.
