Right, it's easy pal, download PUP. 999downgrader and update via storage
Then download 3.55 ofw and update via storage
Then download 3.55 kmeaw (important)
Then all you download is the 4.46.1 rebug cex
All files are in the description to this video ,

1. On my ps3 I have PSNPatch, psninja, rebug toolbox, ps3itamanager, control fan utility and multiman
2.when I use PSNPatch I just disable CFW and sign in online (yes you can still RTM/Mod online)
3. Yeah you can play downloaded games online with the right pkg files no problem

I could really use some help Im new to Modding and I have a stalker on gta v that's following me around in lobbys from knowing people in my crew I have created. I was Modding with the k&k tool but now I have no idea what's going on it just loads on my computer and never opens anymore. Im using windows 7 premium btw. Also spoofed to 4.60 on cex if that helps also. Thanks in advance

Recently I had to restore my setting . Now I actually have to "Sign Up" again, but when I press it, it loads a while and then it says "Server Connection Time Out" I was ban on my original CID so i made sure to rechange it back to the unban one via PSITA Manager. It still give me this error. And it cant be the internet connection because I can browse the Web on my Playstation. PLEASE HELP?
