how can i enable cobra in toolbox so i can use webmanmod on rebug 4.46 i saw people saying u have to enable cobra and webman in toolbox but i cant find that option is it because im on rebug 4.46 ?

Go to either Rebug 4.60 D-REX or 4.70 D-REX because they have cobra supported firmwares, once installed head over to rebug toolbox then enable cobra mode!

oh ok so thats why i cant find the option , then i have to switch to a higher version but thank u for the fast reply Happy

How do I get into a public lobby using mod menu with bypass(I have one installed and I'm in a lobby by myself)I try to join people but I'm not allowed..I must be doing something wrong

That sounds like a Nat type issue. What does your Nat type say when you are in a lobby, or in you network settings. There is a tutorial on ngu here that explains how to do port forwarding for the ps3. I would recommend starting there.
