Post: Need help signing into PSN after IP Ban!
03-20-2017, 05:59 AM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I was playing online earlier, then got signed out randomly. Tried signing back in I couldn't. The error code every time I would try signing in was (80710016). I watched xSuperlobbies tutorial how to unban your IP, but now when I try signing in the error code is (80710092). If ANYONE knows a solution to this so I can sign back in, please reply OR message me on Skype (I prefer) Skpye: zephiity. (the dot is included)... Thanks Smile

You will need to change your public IP address. This is given to your modem from your ISP. If you have dynamic IP, it can/will change. If it is a static IP, then it does not change.

If you have a dynamic IP, then you can do a few things:
You can go to your router homepage in your browser, go to mac address and spoof it by changing the last 2 digits and saving it. Reset your modem and you should have a new IP.
If you cannot access the internet after that, go back to your router homepage in your browser, go to mac address and select option "clone" or change your mac back to your original. Restart your modem. You will still be given a new IP, and will be able to access the internet.
or
You can shut off every device connected to your internet, and unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off for (they say 5 minutes to 24hours) and you will be given a new IP after reconnecting.
or
You can call your ISP and ask them to change it. If they ask why you need it changed? idk...

If you have a static IP, you'll have to:
Try calling your ISP and asking them to change it..
or
Wait it out.

You can find out what your IP is by going to whatismyip. com and you can tell if you are IP banned if you are unable to access the playstation website playstation. com

edit: just realized you may have already done this..
Try booting your ps3 into recovery and selecting options "restore file system" and "rebuild database". Then try again.
Also seen some videos talking about resetting their internet options and deleting your ps3's webbrowser caches
Let us know how it goes.
