so my ps3 has been reaching high Temps on CPU (CELL) it reaches like 84-88 when i play games like ghosts and GTA 5 or TLOU so i've said why not to use the Control Fan Utility to decrease the ps3's heat so i have some questions.

1- can you guys give me a short guide on how to use this program cuz i've never used it

2- and is it going to make my ps3 always very loud.

3- and i've read that when i turn off and then on my ps3 everything will be on default so if i missed up something with this program i can turn off then on and everything will be resetted ?
