Long story short, I gave it to friend for a while, but he wiped the hard drive & now I have to re-install the ofw. So, I tried multiple 3.55 ofw's but everytime I click update it says "data corrupted 8002f225 error". (I put the update in this order, PS3,UPDATE, PS3UPDAT.PUP). It also says to update to firmware 3.20 or higher. I know theres a way, could someone help me? Thanks

If it was 3.55 CFW when the hdd was wiped then just reinstall the CFW..not OFW
