I believe it does need to be updated to 3.55 ofw using a usb drive? Then after that I thought I just download (again off a usb drive) which ever rebug operating system I like to use? Also looking for suggestions on what rebug other modders prefer to run? as I have heard some guys prefer to run some of the older verions of rebug, oppose to the newest updated version which I believe is rebug 4.80 or 4.81? Most things you download to customize xmb mod pkg etc are for all cfw but the newest releases are for rebug 4.81 only. I prefer 4.81 rebug dex. But its your choice. Cant go wrong with the latest rebug.

Once you have 3.55 cfw get rebug toolbox. Or get toggle qa from brewology. Once you have toggle qa active go ahead and install the other cfw and anything else you want. Just make sure n check toggle qa is active. Rebug toolbox comes with4.81 if im not mistaken. Youll find it in install package files on the xmb. It should be on hdd. Rebug.me has all from 999 downgrader 3.55 ofw 3.55 cfw and up.

okay, so I just downloaded the 999 downgrader 3.55 and the 3.55 rex edition.

youll know when ur on cfw bc youll see the install package files on the game column in the xmb

Yes. You need to get onto 3.55 downgrader so you can QA flag, then you can install a (CEX) cfw of your choice

So let me just clarify, I Have to (in this order) 1.Update my version 2.20 OFW to 999 3.55 downloader 2.Then update it to 3.55 rex 3. After that's all done I install toggle qa 4. Activate the toggle qa 5. Install the CFW of my liking ?
