Popped the rsx heat spreader off to apply new thermal paste reassembled everything and it worked!!! Halloween night.. And it worked! BTW. IT'S ALIVE AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Might I add I have like 13 screws left over and all the back vents are gone.. They melted when I took a heat gun to this ps3 in my previous failed attempts to fix it.
