So ive ran into an issue i bought a dex ps3 off a guy thats local but all the dex features hardly work onit so i thought flash the nor again to cex and back to dex but he has the eid root key on his laptop but he cannot send it to me due to his internet explorer crashing everytime he trys to do anything involving files,downloads etc.

so how can i get another dump from the ps3 if thats possible youtube etc isnt helpful at all.

any help would be grateful thanks
