I thought that the problem was the pc but now I have a i7 last gen with 8gb of ram a very fast pc and my tools started to that again. It's very annoying, can anyone help me with this?

BTW the problem is not the tools because it's differents tools from different games.

Check your PS3Lib file. Infected PS3Lib files do this. If it's 475Kb, it's infected. You'll need either a 68Kb for 2.60 CCAPI or 70Kb for 2.70
