this is the error code "An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PSN. (80710016)

I googled a bit and saw this could be an ip ban so I connected to my phone hotspot and still the same error, I know I could connect with a lan cable to my pc but my pc does not have wireless

whats weird is that the last times I was online I was just playing skate 3 not really modding or anything

A lot of users get this error because of being ip banned do you guys think that could be it? its just so confusing some people says its because ip ban and others say its the dex firmware that does that
