So i tried connecting with FileZilla here's the problem:
Status: Connecting to 192.168.1.111:21...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

And i tried connecting with FlashFXP.. :
[22:01:29] [R] Connecting to 192.168.1.111 -> IP=192.168.1.111 PORT=21
[22:01:50] [R] Connection failed (Connection timed out)
The "(Connection timed out)" later changed to "(Connection refused)"

I tried connection to MultiMan and Blackb0x.. no luck.

I can't tell if port 21 was blocked.. Citadel said port 21 cannot be blocked, so idk what blocking the connection.

Your PS3 internal IP must have changed. You need to make a new connection with your new internal IP.
