Then after snooping around the Internet I found a thread that says you gotta downgrade to KMEAW cf 3.55 before converting to dex. But I converted to Dex while 3.55 Rogero.
When I start up my PS3 it says "Rogero 3.55 DownGrader".

Any help will be appreciated.

use Rebug 3.55.4 to get your root key then go to 4.30.2 Rebug REX to get your flash dump and convert to DEX. Once your on DEX I recommend going to rebug 4.46.1 D-Rex or PS3 ITA.

I already converted it. (Atleast, I think)
Now whenever I try installing a firmware/update on it it says "Only a Update 3.40 or later can be installed "
Even though all the updates I've been trying are way past 3.40
