If your on dex go into debug settings, np environment set to np.
If that dont work try putting ps3 into dmz mode

Yeah i know that's what i said.. set to np as sometimes it resets to sp-int developers network so you wont be able to login
np =retail network.
sp-int =developers network.

But as the logs are: NAT Type: Failed sounds like a router firewall issue,so dmz might fix

Usually but DMZ doesn't work with all routers. LIke my router refuses the connection. I get like 50 emails from my router saying it's refused lol
