Odds are, it would transfer fine. As long as it was activated before you transferred it, but I've never done it so can't say for sure.

Awesome! I'm so gonna try it...All I need to do now is learn how to jailbreak. Then I can see if transferring the content will work. Haha!

"Learn how to jailbreak", well. You might be underestimating the situation here. If you have a console above 3.55, you'll have to downgrade it, which requires disassembling the PS3 down to it's motherboard and attaching (or soldering) a flash module to re-flash the firmware 3.55 back to the motherboard's flash NOR/NAND, that is if your console can even support 3.55 (Super Slims cannot). In your case, I would just buy a new console off eBay that is already 3.55 and save yourself the trouble buying all the necessary parts.

Restrain
CoD Services
You wont be banned. It's completely safe. Anyone that says they got banned then they were banned for another reason.

Theres a chance of getting banned from going online on a jailbreak, but the having torrented DLC wont increase/decrease your chance of getting banned

Yeah, I thought of that far too simply. That sounds hard as crap. I'll just take your advice, and get an old PS3 then try to transfer.

Another option which may be a lot cheaper is check craigslist or kijiji in your area for people offering downgrade services with E3 flashers they own. You would be surprised at how many ads there are. There are several in my area, all around $140.
Just be aware you can't jailbreak a new console with your pc and the internet. If anyone says they can they are full of shit. TransAmGrafx.com is a perfect example of a jailbreak scam.
Also, anyone on kijiji or craigslist or whatever who ads services without an E3 flasher is also a lying bastard.

Data transfer between two ps3's does not include DLC for games that I'm aware of...prety sure I had to re-install through account at PS Store. After all, DLC was intended to be downloaded from sony Winky Winky and not shared between friends. At least, I think so. If memory serves, I had to re-install a few map packs to cod after a mod patch transfer.
