I've already activated it and keeps telling me not available...

I can try run you through the settings if i know what make and model your router is.. We'll have to get your password too, its usually a generic one each internet service provider uses, thats why i was askin that... Did you try type in 192.168.1.1 in your URL bar at the top of your internet browser?

Once you get in to your router you will have to go in to advanced settings to find UPnP, it should be there with Dynamic DNS, QoS, static route..
