Yes your ps3 is bricked, you have a dump of your NOR/NAND?
I have the same problem, but for me is dex to sex semi brick "5 double beeps"

I had the same problem on rebug 4.65.1,, you need to E3 flash your ps3.

Same thing happened to me but I gave up on it and came back a few days later and it booted but froze after 5 minutes or so I put the Fan on Full because it wasn't running at all and it stayed on for 3 hours every day so yah lel.

You need your original dump and an e3 flasher and a little skill in soldering.

solder a thin cable from Nor tristat on the ps3 motherboard to the sbe on e3 ribbon cable! that should help you to reflash your backup! If you do not have a e3 Flasher i would think about buying one
