If you're getting no picture even after doing the video reset with holding power button then theres a chance that the video on the motherboard could be broke. But id try video reset abit more to be certain.

Sounds like GLOD, do you any power from usb ports & dose amber hdd light flash?

Try removing the hdd & wait a while...if you get "Cannot start. The appropriate system storage was not found" it might just be a broken hdd
