(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, so recently i tried backing up my ps3 blah blah and when i went to activate my account to download the games back, it said i already had two activated, but i have both the systems, so i deactivated the other system and it still said i had two activated, and i cant activate either of them, also it says ive used my 6 month deactivate all, which i havent used it ever, so i contacted the live chat support and she said they cant deactivate all anymore from their end? But i messaged right before the chat ended, do you guys know if support still offers the master deactivate and she was lying?

*if no one answers before tomorrow morning i will just be calling support anyways so ill delete after

Try signing on to you account on a computer, go to settings and try to deactivate
