OK for one if he actually stole your account you can contact Sony to retrieve it for you, As-long as you have access to your Email Address and your PS3 Console Serial Number you should be fine.

If he just changed the password then you could reset the password and you'll receive an email shortly after to follow a link that you could use to change your password. Also if you got the unlock all service from somebody on NGU let the staff kno who that person was and a time frame around when you purchased it, and/or link them to their thread. Good luck
