(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My issue: ok so I bought a brand new HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition and I received it today. although when I unboxed it and set everything up, (which im 90% sure ive done correctly) when i turn it on all i get is a blue blinking light? iv raked through youtube and google cant seem to find any answers, so im gonna rely on the good people of NGU for once and hopefully someone can help me fiqure this out. on the Hauppauge website it tells me that the blue blinking light means the the HD PVR is not "seen" by my computer, although it beeps(makes the noise it does when you connect USB's) when i plug/unplug the USB from my laptop so i know its connected.

How the issue occurred: i have no idea

I have tried to fix my issue with: Rebooting Laptop, taking all cables out of HD PVR and plugging them in again to make sure its done correct, researching online.

Still Stuck with Blue Blinking light.

any help would be Hugely appreciated and if theres anything I can help you with in return be sure to let me know.

Thanks
