Post: PS3 stupidly slow but only in some places

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is an odd situation, as my console is only slow when i'm at some places/houses. When I play on my own house it's completely normal, but when I move it to my grandmother's it's just impossible to play. It makes no sense. Could someone help me?? Could it be the internet connection (wouldn't make sense because it's faster than my house's internet and it has better results at the connection test done in the console)??? I'm going crazy with this crap!!!

I had this issue with one of my first ofw ps3s... It's all about the temp of the PS3! When it gets hot it glitches out the Bluetooth chip and makes controller delayed. Getting new thermal paste might lower the temps and cause the PS3 to be cooler Smile

Thanks man, that must be it. The room temperature is quite hot, so... wait... but i use the control fan utility and my console is at about high 50 or low 60ยบ C, which is pretty healthy. But thanks man, I can try the thermal paste.

I use control fan utility to keep it fresh, so no, it doesn't. As NickBeHaxing said, the thermal paste should do something.

It could be a loose neutral on that line or plug or the room may be overloaded. They make battery backups that have big caps in them and they should solve your energy problem. Honestly thats a last resort sometimes i find that some tv's and the console just tend to work better together.
