When it does manage to turn off by the power button, the red light doesn't turn on unless I click it once. Sounds confusing in text, but I need help.

can you reach the recovery menu?

No, I hold the power button while the system is off and it turns on and then shuts off. It doesnt beep like its suppose to when entering the recovery menu, just shuts off.

ok well the only thing i can think of is maybe your hard drive is fucked and you will have to try to format it via esata station or anything like that tell me if this works if you wanna try it but if it doesnt then ill think of another solution

I already tried that sata, no fix. but now it wont turn on...

I personally think its my power supply cuz now it wont turn on, no red light or anything. o well i guess its being thrown away and used for parts

naw dont trash it just replace the power converter in the system or send it to my ass and ill fix it free lulz
