i allowed access but when i click on the ps3 one and view status it says no internet access

Then connect to the internet on the PS3 and when it says Wireless or Wired, choose wired.

i done that i connected everything on ps3 and followed the tut propyl but it still says no internet access

Connect PS3 and PC together using Ethernet.

Then go to your network adapters, right click on wifi and press properties.

Go to the last tab which is sharing, then on the drop down select your Ethernet connection.

If it all works then you have successfully tethered your PC and PS3.

So now do it again but instead of doing WiFI, you would right click on the VPN's network adapter.

Also disable upnp on the PS3 while setting up the connection

I was going thru this a few weeks back I had all the same problems as you on windows 8.1 I ended up LAN both computer and ps3 to my router now it works great
