For now i haven't got scammed yet, But he can do it at any time between 1 day and 60 days on paypal. Well lets get straight to the point. What i want to know is. How to send services to somebody and no get scammed like, I send them a modded account for 5paypal. Then they refund their money and they have the account. i really want to avoid this. I'm sorry if i put this in the wrong section but i really want to know.

I believe if they send the payment as a gift, it CANNOT be refunded.

Once the money has been sent and you have seen it, the money will then go "completed" after this the money cannot be refunded.

Only the seller can refund the item, only there bank can do a chargeback, but then PayPal would be after them. If they want a refund they'd have to go through to PayPal resolution centre

Yeah, i've been scammed a few times. In all instances, I sent the money as Friends & Family. If you have them send it as Friends & Family, they cannot chargeback.
