hi sir this is also happening to me im getting an error 8002A224 im on rebug 4.78.2

This means your console ID is invalid/banned. You can easily fix this by using CCAPI to reset your console ID & set it at boot.

yeah ive reset it and im still getting the error message

Your CID is banned. I'd Try a new one.

Did you check your Debug settings and make sure "NP Environment" is set to "np"?
