i found some saves which on other sites which are here unfortunately no longer available, there is no Name so i can not give him credit for sharing this with us, i don't have the DLC so i can't test it.

When ur into Multiplayer Free Roam, press Start / Multiplayer / see Current Rank and press triangle to enter Legend.

Reach level 50 and pass into Legend.
This trophy is retroactive so if you already reached level 50 and passed into legend, you will still be able to get it. As soon as you buy the DLC and pop in the game and head in to an online free roam the trophy will pop. If you want this trophy but don't like the thought of having to work your way back up to level 50, backup your save, pass into Legend, then copy your save back.

I tested the EU version and can confirm the save resigns correctly with Apollo Save Tool / Bruteforce Save Data. After loading the game and entering Multiplayer Free Roam, the rank was already set up for the Legends and Killers progression as described.
For anyone trying this, make sure your game region matches the save region (BLES00680 for EU or BLUS30418 for US) before resigning. Also remember that you'll need the Legends and Killers DLC installed for the trophy requirements to register properly.
